The Countdown Strikes Three

It’s hard to believe we are just over the three-month mark until we hit the ground running at Sea Island for the start of the seventh annual RSM Classic (Nov. 14-20)! If you haven’t had the opportunity yet, be sure to head over to www.rsmclassic.com and take a look at the Schedule of Events, Tournament History, and more – then you can purchase your tickets here. If you’ve already purchased your tickets, keep an eye out on your mail, as those have already begun shipping! And don’t forget, we have America’s fast-rising country music star Cole Swindell performing live from the Golden Isles on Sat., Nov. 19!  Weekly Ticket Booklets include a general admission ticket to the concert. Individual concert tickets are on sale now, as well.

If you want a more hands-on experience at The RSM Classic, it’s not too late to volunteer! Learn details here, and check out the various roles that make The RSM Classic run like clock work. This tournament wouldn’t be possible without the support of our many volunteers. Our goal is to create a friendly and enjoyable experience for our patrons, PGA TOUR players, hospitality partners and volunteers alike. Be part of something special – sign up today!

Shifting gears to Team RSM, Zach Johnson is in Illinois this week for the John Deere Classic. Also playing in this tournament are a few familiar faces, past RSM Classic winners Heath Slocum (2010) and Robert Streb (2014). Robert started the day at 8 a.m. CT from tee No. 1; shortly behind at 8:20 a.m., Zach teed from No. 10; and from tee No. 1, Heath will tee off at 2 p.m. Best of luck to all “our guys” this week!

Check back next week to learn more about what’s going on with Team RSM and the 2016 RSM Classic!
