The working team for the 2016 RSM Classic arrived on site this past
weekend, and tournament-related activities began yesterday evening with a
reception and pro-am party for private equity clients at The Lodge.
One of the most exciting things from the evening was when Team RSM
Member Davis Love III announced to attendees that his son Dru will make his PGA
TOUR debut at this year’s RSM Classic, after earning a sponsor exemption. Dru
plays for Alabama and won the Puerto Rico Classic this year. He also wont the
Georgia State Amateur Championship on the Seaside Course at Sea Island, the
main course for The RSM Classic, which is being held on two courses this year
(Seaside and Plantation).
Today, RSM US clients are enjoying the Pro-am with sunny 70-degree
weather. It’s a beautiful day to be at Sea Island…and at The RSM Classic!
